Ordering is easy. Tell us the table plan design you'd like to order along with any stationery you require and email us the information as requested. You can also email additional details to us for your order, such as confirmed guest list and your table layout requirements to hello@printedtableplans.com.
Once the order is processed, if there is any missing information we will get in touch within 2 working days by email requesting any further details we need to complete your order and make your artwork proofs.
Yes, PDF Proofs are sent via email within 3-5 working days after your order for you to review and approve.
Please check your proofs very carefully. We advise you follow the steps below to avoid any costly mistakes:
Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with any errors and subsequently printed printedtableplans.com will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you to triple check and perhaps have a friend check it over too.
Once you have approved your proof(s) please allow 10 working days for printing and shipping of your order. We will update you by email once your order has been dispatched with an estimated delivery day (if available).

Postage and Packaging is charged at a £5.99 for UK mainland. Please contact us for a quote to off shore destinations.
